Service as a nonprofit begins with our Board of Commissioners. As the highest-ranking authority within the medical center, the Board carries an important responsibility for stewardship of the goals and principles of our nonprofit, community-owned medical center.

Board of Commissioners meetings are open to the public. To accommodate all who wish to attend—either in person or virtually—Board meetings will be held in person in the Arleen Blackburn Conference Room and will also be accessible via internet connection.
