Julie Pankow

Julie Pankow is a finance executive and strategic advisor with a passion for helping organizations grow and thrive. With over 15 years of experience leading financial planning, operational strategy, and capital initiatives for growth-stage companies, she partners closely with founders, CEOs, and boards to navigate complex challenges and plan for the future.

Currently serving as a Fractional CFO at Scale Up Financial Solutions, Julie works with companies across technology, hardware, robotics, construction, and hospitality, building scalable financial infrastructure and guiding long-term growth. Previously, she has held leadership roles at Incrediwear Holdings Inc., Katalyst, and Uber Advanced Technologies Group, where she led fundraising, implemented ERP systems, and built finance teams that drive both operational efficiency and strategic insight.

Beyond her professional work, Julie is deeply committed to her community and the causes she cares about, including healthcare and education. She combines her financial expertise with a genuine interest in supporting organizations that make a positive impact, bringing both strategic rigor and thoughtful leadership to every role.

Julie holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington – Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
