Our Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) will plays an active role in improving patient
and family care experiences within Cascade Medical. How will we do this? The Council brings together patients, family members, and staff to improve the quality, safety, and experience of care. Council members share their unique perspectives to help shape policies, services, and care experiences that reflect what truly matters to the people we serve.
Come see us in our main lobby Wednesday, July 30, from 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. to talk with us more about the opportunity. Participation in PFAC is an impactful way for community members to give back, influence positive change, and ensure local healthcare remains truly patient- and family-centered.
