Questions about bills from other providers
You may have received healthcare at Cascade Medical Center but some imaging, lab tests, or other services and procedures may have been performed by other groups that regularly provide care for patients at Cascade Medical.
Many physician specialists, ambulance companies, and labs are separate businesses with their own billing and account procedures. If you receive a bill from them and have questions, please contact them.
Balance Billing/"Surprise" Billing
Under your health plan, you are responsible for certain cost-sharing amounts. This includes copayments, coinsurance and deductibles. You may have additional costs if Cascade Medical is not in your insurance plan's network. This is often referred to as 'surprise billing' or 'balance billing'.

Hospital pricing
Beginning January 2021, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requires hospitals to provide a machine-readable file of all standard charges and negotiated rates, as well as to provide a list of 300 shoppable services. Below we have listed our machine-readable file and also a price estimator tool for use in estimating the cost for the shoppable services.

Please note that these prices may not reflect the cost you may be billed. These are average charges, which do not take into account the complexity of individual procedures. It also does not account for the discounted rates Cascade Medical negotiates with health insurers.
