Cascade Medical unveiled a series of new features this fall to create a better patient experience, from the time you call for an appointment, to the moment you park your car. Here's what you can expect for your next visit:
- More patient parking: Easy parking is available on both sides of Cascade Medical on Commercial Street, for a total of 12 more patient spots.
- Better phone service: Your call will be welcomed by a live person. They will connect you directly to the department or person you're trying to reach.
- One-stop check-in: Check in for any appointment at the main admitting desk, including clinic visits, lab and radiology.
