Learn how to live well with diabetes during a free, six-week series offered at Cascade Medical, March 7-April 11. Learn how to deal with symptoms, eat healthier, use medications safely and work more effectively with healthcare providers. Class materials and snacks will be provided.

The Living Well Self-Management workshop was developed at Stanford University and has become the proven leader in self-management for people with chronic conditions.
