Free diabetes management series

Healthy eating will be one of the topics covered in this six-week series.

Learn how to live well with diabetes during a free, six-week series offered at Cascade Medical, March 7-April 11. Learn how to deal with symptoms, eat healthier, use medications safely and work more effectively with healthcare providers. Class materials and snacks will be provided.

The workshop will be taught by Community Choice Health & Education Institute, and sponsored by Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington. The Living Well Self-Management workshop was developed at Stanford University and has become the proven leader in self-management for people with chronic conditions.
