Join us for a gentle, 30-min. workout led by Cascade Medical's Rehab Services Team.
When: 10 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Cost: $15 one-time registration fee
What to expect: Gentle stretching, strengthening and balance activities to help improve your overall well-being. Activities are performed standing and sitting in a chair. Most exercises can be modified to work with any limitation. You must have approval from a physician to participate.
