The Pantry, 12447 Chapel Drive in Plain
This walk-in clinic is free and open to the public open every last Thursday, 4-6 p.m. Terri Weiss, RN, of Upper Valley MEND will provide:
- Assessment and triage of non-emergent medical, dental and behavioral health conditions
- Referrals to appropriate medical, dental, behavioral health and alternative providers
- Assist with acquiring medical insurance coverage
