We revamped our website to be more helpful, secure and easy-to-navigate. Some of the new features include:
- Easily accessible information about insurance, billing and financial aid
- “Find a Provider” front and center, with short videos featuring providers who are taking new patients
- A health library, including podcasts, videos and articles produced by our staff
- More health-related events, including Upper Valley MEND’s Free Clinic, exercise classes and local health support groups
- New patient forms and FAQ guides to help patients and their families prepare for the first visit or an overnight stay
- Website translation into six languages
- Mobile-friendly interface
A year of research and development inspired the new design. We collected feedback from patients, community leaders and part-time residents, from all corners of our hospital district. From that feedback, we formed three main goals: To prioritize the content our community wants most, increase the website's functionality with interactive tools, and build a responsive layout for all platforms. The new website lays the foundation for expanded features down the road, including a more robust patient portal and a secure online billing option.
