Corey Rubinfeld is a Physician Assistant who cares for patients in the Emergency Department, as well as walk-in patients in the Family Practice Clinic.

He earned a Master of Clinical Health Science (MCHS) with Physician Assistant certification at University of Washington, MedEx program in 2016. He spent time at Cascade Medical during student rotations.

Before joining Cascade Medical in 2019, he delivered care to a wide range of patients at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Trauma Center in Idaho for three years.

Corey grew up in rural Vermont and did his undergraduate degree at University of Colorado Boulder. He draws from a diverse background with years of experience in wilderness medicine (WEMT), mountain/ski guiding, outdoor education and teaching high school science. For more than a decade, Corey was an Avalanche Educator and Professional Ski Patroller. He spent several seasons as a Field Instructor in Antarctica for the National Science Foundation.

Corey recently moved back to Leavenworth with his wife and their son. He loves spending time in the mountains, skiing, biking, and adventuring with his family and two dogs.
